We are excited to report that last year’s Annual “Harlan D. Wood Memorial Cancer Charity Golf Tournament” was once again a wonderful success! We will be holding this special event again this year.

• Planned Solutions, Inc. will pay expenses associated with the tournament. All profits will go to cancer research and education.
• We have chosen four national cancer organizations as recommended recipients which are listed on the RSVP form. Donors are also welcome to make their checks payable to a cancer organization of their choice.
• Donations can be sent to us, mailed directly to the charity, or made via the charity’s website. Please make the donation check payable to the charity. If you choose to mail your donation directly or make your donation through the charity’s website, please return the RSVP form to us listing the amount of the donation so that we can track the totals.
• Tell your friends about the tournament even if you can’t attend. We appreciate your generosity and support of cancer research and education
• There will be no silent auction this year, which means your participation is even more important this year

COVID19 Precautions:

• There is no post-golf luncheon this year. Participants will be handed boxed lunches at the start of the tournament
• Masks are to be worn when near large gatherings
• While we will practice social distancing, we will continue to support a competitive, fun-filled day!

As much as we would love to keep tradition and support the cancer charities, we reserve the option to cancel the tournament if we feel COVID19 presents too big of a health risks to our participants.
